Malawi is one of the world’s least developed countries. 75% of the population earn less than $2 a day and more than 10% of the population regularly go short of food.
Since 2008 Hope4Malawi has been involved with projects in rural villages, schools and orphanages to give children in Malawi a better education so that they are better equipped to impact and bring change to their own communities so they can move beyond the poverty trap. We now partner with three rural primary schools Mpemba, Chipwepwete and Namende(in rural Blantyre) providing

We continue to take safeguarding seriously taking note of the Charity Commission’s advice. We take steps to ensure child care/vulnerable adult protection, through DBS checks in the UK, and practice statements in Malawi.

All charity running costs of the charity are covered by the Hope4Malawi Trustees and there are no salary costs so all donations go towards developing in Malawi to enable children in Malawi to have a better future.

It is a privilege to be involved in Hope4Malawi – my heart is to help bring to those, less fortunate than I, a hope for the future and support them both practically and spiritually. I am a teacher by profession and specifically help children with dyslexia.
