Wonderful celebration this morning: whole community turned out for the library opening at Chipepwete school, riralblantyre, with speeches, singing and dancing despite the rain. The block has a library equipped with 3000 books and two classrooms which will be used for years 7 and 8 both of which have over 80 in a class
