Trinity School Croydon sixth form student, William Bridges, recently won an Adidas raffle on the brand’s app and decided to gift the kit to Hope Secondary school.
It was wonderful to present the kit to the Hope students during an assembly where we talked about gifts. The reaction was electric, a roar of excitement. The boys were overwhelmed with William’s generosity. It came at the time when covid-19 restrictions were lifted allowing schools once again to play football.
It’s wonderful for the new school to have their own football kit; a huge privilege as new football kit would be very difficult for the school to be able to afford.
