It was a blistering hot day but all 9 Triathletes from Hope4Malawi valiantly completed the course at Eton Dorney. You can watch them here – thanks Sam for putting this together. Well done for raising funds for all the sports equipment and craft for our trip to Malawi as well as help feed some of the children at Mpemba School
