Feeding Programme Begins at Chipeptwete

Under a temporary shelter a feeding programme has begun at Chipeptwete.  The 600 children aged 5-13 will have school lunches each day – a hot mug of Likuni Phala  (mix of maize and soya).  Thanks to Trinity School Croydon, who have provided funds this year, the feeding programme was able to start earlier than expected.  We hope to see increased school attendance and improved concentration from the children, many of whom have been coming to school hungry and prone to illness.

A brick kitchen will be built in the spring and opened by a team from Hope4Malawi in June.
